- To sync and process your financial data into accountant-ready exports
- To create period-locked snapshots for month-end closing
- To provide AI-powered analytics and insights

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS
- Least-privilege OAuth scopes for all data source connections
- Read-only access -- we never modify your source data
- No storage of sensitive payment information (credit card numbers, etc.)
4. Data Storage
We use least-privilege access and only store what's needed for snapshots and exports. Data is encrypted in transit. Your data is stored in secure MongoDB Atlas clusters with encryption at rest enabled.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Elixdger:
- Stripe, Plaid, Brex, Mercury, Adyen -- for financial data access via OAuth
- MongoDB Atlas -- for secure data storage
- AWS -- for application hosting and AI services (Bedrock)
- Anthropic Claude -- for AI-powered analytics (via AWS Bedrock)
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can exercise these rights by:
- Accessing your account settings

- Disconnecting your connected data sources from their respective dashboards
