1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Elixdger, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Elixdger provides an AI-powered financial intelligence platform that connects to your payment processors, banks, and accounting tools to generate financial statements, tax reports, reconciliation, and accountant-ready exports. The service accesses your data sources using read-only OAuth scopes and does not initiate any financial transactions.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to use Elixdger for personal and commercial transitory viewing and data processing. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.

Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials except as permitted by the service
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of your own accounting workflow
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

4. Data Handling

Elixdger uses least-privilege access and only stores what is needed for snapshots and exports. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. We do not store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Elixdger's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Elixdger makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Elixdger or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Elixdger's website, even if Elixdger or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Elixdger's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Elixdger does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Elixdger may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.
